Our house is located in the middle of green fields and surrounded by the Tyrolean mountains. A small garden infront of the apartment is the right place to relax in the sun!
Nevertheless ist the local trafic system nearby and so you can easily get to the next ski areas - Wahgstättlift in Jochberg or to Kitzbühel Hahnenkamm - with the ski bus which leaves only a about 3 minutes walk away from the house. About the same distance away is the next cross-country slope.
In summer there are bike- and walking trails as well as a public swimming lake nearby. The "Wildpark" Aurach is not only interesting for nature lovers as you will get close to Tyrolean wild life e.g. dear or mountain goats.
A Spar-Supermarket, the Post office, Bank, a butcher and a baker, the petrol station and some restaurants are all in a driving distance of 3 minutes.
So you will enjoy your relaxing holiday in our new apartment and still have everything what you need nearby.
