Our traditional Tyrolean country house can accommodate up to six guests. It is perfect for families or friends looking for luxurious accommodation in the midst of the breathtaking Tyrolean Alps. All the rooms in the house are decorated in a rustic style and invite you to relax.

The location of the "Nestwärme" chalet offers a wide range of activities in both winter and summer. Skiing, hiking, biking, golfing - the possibilities are endless. The centre of Kitzbühel is only about 7.7 km away and therefore easily accessible by bike.

The owners live on the 1st floor. To ensure the privacy of our guests, the first floor is only accessible via the lift.
