The flat is on two floors. In the basement there is the kitchen, a bedroom with a bunk bed (ideal for children), a bathroom with shower, washing machine/dryer, a separate toilet, a storage room and a beautiful living-dining room. From here you go directly to the south-facing balcony (approx. 10m2, table for 6 people + extra cosy corner bench with view of the Hahnenkamm).
On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms with double beds, as well as a small bedroom with a single bed and a bathroom with shower + WC. The rooms have spacious wardrobes.
There is also a heated cellar compartment for ski boots, skis and co.
A newly built sauna can also be used in the adjoining house.
