Our house is the only hotel on the Hahnenkamm 1800m.

During the winter our house is smack in the centre of Kitzbühel's Ski paradise, in the summer it transforms into a hiker's and mountain biker's heaven. You can reach us by cable car "Fleckalmbahn" (Kirchberg in Tirol) wich operates from 8.30am to 5pm.
Our hotel is an apartment-hotel, all apartments have fully equipped kitchens. In the morning we spoil you with an extensive breakfast buffet, during the day many ski huts in the area invite you do drop in.
If you decide to cook yourself, we are very happy to arrange the food shopping for you.
