A less technical, but very beautiful panoramic tour at ‘mid altitude’ with marvellous views of the southern mountains.

Description
Start the Schering Loop at the elevated "Schering" parking lot in Jochberg. Immediately after the parking lot, turn right onto the forest road, which ascends at a comfortable incline. Pass the Kitzbüheler Bergbahn reservoir and head towards Wurz-Niederalm, following the gravel road to the Jagawurz-Hut. Enjoy the views of the Kitzbüheler southern mountains, including Geisstein, the highest grassy mountain in the Kitzbüheler Alps. From the Jagawurz-Hut, descend first on a forest road, then turn right onto a trail towards Bruggeralm Hut. After the hut, stay on the forest road, which leads back to the starting point.
