Layout of bedrooms & bathrooms: Ground floor: - Guest toilet Upper floor: - Master bedroom (1.80 m bed) with en-suite bathroom with shower & bathtub - 2 bedrooms, each with a 1.20 m bed 1 bathroom with shower

Basement: 2 double rooms / 1.80 m beds 1 bathroom with shower Please note that dogs must be registered. We charge a flat rate of EUR 12/night/dog, which we will bill separately before arrival.

Information about the area
In just a few minutes by car, you can reach the legendary Kitzbühel ski area or the fantastic Wilder Kaiser Brixental ski region. Right in the village, you will find the internationally renowned children's ski school with a practice lift and the fantastic Kitzbühel / Reith golf course. Supermarkets and restaurants are approx. 1.5-2 km from the house. All skiers can enjoy the best ski resorts in Europe within a radius of only 7 km.
