Panoramic road to the Kitzbüheler Horn

In summer a really magnificent panoramic road (2 km to the north of the centre of Kitzbühel) leads you directly to the Alpenhaus on the Kitzbüheler Horn. The panoramic road is open the whole day from the beginning of May until the beginning of November.

Alpine Flower Garden, kids climbing path and playground directly from the Alpenhaus (1670 m) a comfortable hiking trail (1,5 km) leads you to the Alpine Flower Garden and further (2,2 km) to the top of the mountain. The unique alpine panorama and the diversity of flowers impresses everyone. Furthermore there is a great attraction for the whole family on the Kitzbüheler Horn: the kids climbing path. Steel cables and steps make the path perfectly safe, meaning that all climbing fans and their little mates can take their first steps in the rocky landscape. Moreover there is a second small climbing paradise above the Gipfelhaus with a playground. Karst hiking trail on the Kitzbüheler Horn from Trattalmulde (10 min. up the valley from Alpenhaus) a lovely 2,4 km path takes you to the unique karst realm in the Kitzbüheler Horn.
