Of course, only the finest and, if possible, regional products are processed in the organic apiary Foidl & Achorner.
To ensure the best possible quality, work is done according to the European organic standards. For both beekeepers, a healthy diet was extremely important during their active time as biathletes. Thus, after their athletic careers, they realized that beekeeping is a symbiosis of exercise and working in nature for the purpose of producing a healthy food. Hanspeter and Hans are concerned to value the gifts of nature and to give something back to nature in their turn.
