In the cottage Kainzern are three apartments in different sizes and prices. This wonderful wooden house is situated in the outskirts of Jochberg, Saukaserweg 1 / Kainzerweg. Our original wooden house is a speciality in the neigbourhood, because there are only a few one left. It was built in 1909 by Rupert Rieder a timber merchant, with a lot of love and craftsmanship. Everything except some renovation, like WC bathroom kitchen and central heating is in original condition. We are proud to offer you these original Tyrolean comfortable living style! "Mathilde" is perfect for families with children. You can combine this apartment easily with "Franzl" which is located just upstairs. We often have two families that take this opportunity. The youngsters can be on there one upstairs then. Enjoy the interesting details of the old wooden structure! Wood provides a natural atmosphere! It's living structure brings us warmth and energy. People who sleep in beds made of "Zirbenholz" have 3500 heart beats less a day! This is wellness made in Tyrol! All bedrooms of the famous "Stanglwirt"-Hotel in Going/Tyrol are made of "Zirbenholz". In this apartment we have wooden floors in the living room, the bedroom and the hall made out of "Zirbenholz".
