The hotel is situated in the nicest part of Kitzbühel, at the Schwarzsee Lake. Quiet and sunny, in spite of being only 1550 metres from the centre of town, our hotel has an open position, with a fantastic panoramic view on all points of the compass. Our hotel bus will take you free of charge into the town centre, to the cable car and back. The Kitzbühel-Schwarzsee golf course is very close to our hotel. We are the first Mountain bike hotel in Kitzbühel and do our utmost to ensure our cycling guests have an exiting stay.
