Description

From the district of Hof in Brixen i. Th., the trail leads steadily uphill for about 3 km to the Kandleralm mountain inn at 1,120 m (refreshments available). From here the route continues uphill for a short distance until it joins a long forest road with a slight incline. At the end of the forest road, you continue steadily uphill across the alpine pastures past the Hocheggalm and the Karalm. ATTENTION: This is where the last, very steep section of the route begins, which leads across the ski slope to the Choralpe mountain station at 1,806m.
