With the 1st Lobster, Kitzbühel received a restaurant & bar located Im Gries 6, which prides itself to get from the shotest possible distance freshly caught lobsters, oysters and sea fish of all sorts, self-imported from the American East Coast on to the plates of the people in the City of the Chamoise. The "First Lobster" is a unique culinary institution in Austria.
